Steve Irwin, “Crocodile Hunter” Dies at Great Barrier Reef
Steve Irwin, the Australian animal wrangler who has thrilled audiences worldwide by handling dangerous creatures around the world has been killed by a stingray, as reported in the International Herald Tribune yesterday. The Australia Zoo was home of the “Crocodile Hunter” and became popular on satellite TV Discovery channel’s Animal Planet, which has thrilled kids and adults around the world since 1992. He has become a popular character in America.
