Muslim Nations - They Must Change, Not America
October 9, 2006Representative Duncan Hunter is the kind of Member in Congress we need:
Those who’d blame terrorism on us would have Americans believe that operating from a position of strength is perilous… There is absolutely no precedent for the proposition that when we back down, terrorists will, too. And now is no time to pursue a foreign policy based on fear, as some would have us do. Bin Laden himself has told us that it is precisely our fear—not a fearsome response—that emboldens the terrorists most. And if anyone is truly acting out of fear these days, it may be terrorists. It was Zarqawi himself who wrote in an intercepted letter to an al-Qa’ida associate that, `democracy’ in Iraq `is coming.’ That, he said, will mean `suffocation’ for the terrorists. Victory in the war against terrorism is about more than killing and capturing terrorists and dismantling their networks—as important as these activities remain. Victory in the war against terrorism also requires supporting those who want freedom. The Iraqi people have demonstrated time and again, braving terrorist bombs and bullets to vote, that they want liberty for themselves and their children.

The recent tragedy concerning the school shooting of Amish children and the others in Colorado and Wisconsin is horrible to think about, but at the same time proves once again that those that choose to have gun-free neighborhoods, cities, et cetera – that is gun free as far as law abiding citizens makes them perfect targets for criminals.

WND Exclusive - Previous Knowledge of Rep. Foley’s Misconduct
October 9, 2006
[World Net Daily] An exclusive, posted October 3rd reveals that “radical activists” withheld information about the Rep. Mark Foley scandal to hold until close to Election Day. As revealed on several occasion previously, I have commented that the Sociocrats have used this tactic frequently, and after the remarks that “those who knew about Foley and didn’t come forward, should resign as well” – referring to Members of Congress and also proving a point about Democrats screaming “Foul” and then finding out later they are guilty of the same infraction, but usually worse.
You Tube Runs Campaign Ads - Satirical Humor with a Message
October 9, 2006
YouTube.com is running a Pay Attention and Vote campaign. HM, Illinois sent the link and information reveals that my cousin, resident of the cyberspace village of “Kuzinville”, Helen Peek, is in one of the satirical humorist video bits concerning political campaigning and voting. Helen is the professional actress of the family and wife of Tim Peek, my cousin, who also appears in “Bag of Leaves Campaign Manager Resigns”. Helen Peek played a bit role (cashier in bank) in the film about Johnny Cash, Walk the Line - as well as one of the gag ad features listed below. The object is not just satire with these videos, but a message to Americans who do not vote. As the ads state: “If you are not voting, who are you electing?”
