Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Mr. Huntwork was raised in Northern Colorado and is the son, grandson, and great grandson of ministers of the gospel. David Huntwork’s experience includes serving two terms as a Larimer County Republican executive board member, campaign manager of a state senate race for Kevin Lundberg, treasurer for a county commissioner race, board member for the Northern Colorado chapter of the American Conservative Union, Life Chain Coordinator, Vice-Chairman of the College Republicans of Colorado, Chairman of the CSU College Republicans (founded by Dudley Brown), petition carrier, delegate to Republican county and state assemblies, precinct committeeman and volunteer on numerous local, state and national campaigns.
